1. The merchandise is sent to the customer with free packing (not free mailing) and is accompanied by an ACCOMPANYING INVOICE. VAT tax is already included in the prices on all pages of the website and in the Basket
2. The parcel is delivered to the customer’s home by Express Courier. If the customer is not present at the time of delivery, a delivery notice will be left by the courier, and the customer should then contact the courier company and arrange to collect the merchandise as soon as possibile (following the instructions on the delivery notice).
3. The price of each item is always VAT included. In the event of variation in the VAT, or other indirect tax rates, the item price will be adjusted up or down according to the new tax rate. Delivery charges, being calculated on a flat rate basis, will also vary by the same margin.
4. The customer may exercise HIS RIGHT TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE, sending the purchased and product back AT HIS/HER OWN COST, WITHIN 7 DAYS of its receipt, COMPLETE AND IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKING, following the procedure indicated on the forms accompanying all products. The delivery costs ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
5. The TRISKEL-EDITION “SATISFIED OR MONEY BACK” guarantee is applicable to all products with the exception of personalised items which have been produced at the customer’s request, and which may not be exchanged or refunded.
